Visual Dialogue on Climate Narratives: Framing Policy, Action, and Change
Photography Exhibition and Policy Dialogue Sparks Crucial Conversations on Climate Action in Berlin

Over 140 attendees gathered in Berlin on November 9th and 10th for the thought-provoking photo exhibition and Policy Dialogue, "Visual Dialogue on Climate Narratives: Framing Policy, Action, and Change," hosted by the artist, Sanyam Bajaj at Create Meaning space in the vibrant neighborhood of Kreuzberg. His self-financed initiative united a diverse group of representatives from NGOs, academia, ministries, artists, environmental law, international organizations, and the private & public sectors to delve into the intersection of art, climate, and policy.

The Policy Dialogue featured insightful contributions from key speakers Johan van den Berg (GIZ/Get.Pro) and Nicole Loeser (Institute for Art and Innovation/IFAI), who emphasized the transformative power of art in driving societal and policy changes.

The event embraced climate-conscious practices, offering vegan refreshments thoughtfully prepared by MforMittai. The menu featured millet-based dishes, adding a culinary dimension to the event’s sustainability message while encouraging attendees to reflect on food choices and their environmental impact.
